Our purpose is to tackle low participation rates of under-represented groups in the innovation eco-system. We aim to achieve this by developing a platform that provides users with on-demand services, free and premium content, study guidelines, and specialised peer-to-peer groups. There are three pillars in our business model: leadership (Unconventional Leaders), innovation & research (Unconventional Doctorates) and entrepreneurship (Unconventional Entrepreneurs. In 2024 our focus is on Unconventional Doctorates.
